I have an NPPES National Provider Identification number and the capacity to provide you with an acceptable insurance billing invoice that you can submit to your private insurance for appropriate reimbursement should your insurance cover non-contracted massage therapy.

From Jan 2022 to Jan 2023, I have learned so many wonderful techniques to help promote health and relaxation. I specialize in Swedish with targeted Deep Tissue massage techniques. I can focus on one of many techniques or even blend a few different techniques to provide you with a truly unique and personalized massage.

Massage is fantastic to promote health and help a body reach a relaxed state that is conducive to allowing the natural healing process. It is the perfect compliment to an overall wellness plan that may include other health professionals. I am very open to communicating and working with your chiropractor, physical therapist, or primary care provider to ensure that any massage series is complimenting your overall wellness plan.

I'm a life-long resident of beautiful Northern California. I enjoy hiking our many mountain trails, rivers, and waterfalls. My favorite places are Mossbrae Falls, Castle Crags, and the Mendocino Coast. I enjoy everything about nature, natural health maintenance and practices.
